Let’s get started!
Firstly, I hope you have had a great start to the year but if you haven’t, don’t be so hard on yourself - one thing I am personally trying to leave in 2020 is Toxic Positivity.
Secondly, thanks for signing up to the Ikigai Journal and for being patient with this edition of the newsletter. As you may know, this is a self funded, passion project, so for the past few weeks I have taken some time to reset, reflect and rejuvenate. During this time, I have had conversations with members of our community to understand the challenges you are all facing, the ever-changing demands of developing creative projects and the surprising, genius ideas you have come up with to adapt to these changes. This week I have been incredibly inspired by the sculptures of Arran Gregory
Taking inspiration from our community, in the coming weeks I will be testing out some new and exciting ideas to help you achieve your funding goals...so stay tuned!
It’s still early the days of Ikigai journal - we are always open to feedback and seeking ways to make things better for you. We have a network of 1600+ grant application writers, so once you find a grant you want, the next step is simply reaching out and letting us connect you with a grant writer.
I hope this newsletter fills you with knowledge of new and exciting opportunities.
Until next week.
